Seascape Marina

Location: Holden Beach, NC

Project Overview:
LMG was contracted to obtain state and federal permitting for the Seascape development in Brunswick County, which included a 75-slip residential marina basin.

An Environmental Assessment was prepared for the project and upon review; it received a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI). The required CAMA Major Development Permit included a review by 15 state and federal agencies. In addition to the marina, necessary wetland road crossings for the subdivision were authorized.

All impact minimization and mitigation planning was successful for permit approval.
